Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (85/15)
- 1 large, sweet onion (diced)
- 2 cans chili mild beans (Brooks or similar)
- 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1 28oz can diced tomatoes
- 2 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- Dash of cinnamon (to taste)

Instructions
- Brown beef and onion: Over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced sweet onion in a large pot until the meat is browned and the onion is tender. Drain off excess fat.
- Combine ingredients: Stir in the chili mild beans, drained corn, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, and dash of cinnamon.
- Simmer: Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to let the spices blend.
- Serve: Ladle into bowls and serve hot with your favorite toppings!
